WP1: Project management and coordinator

WP1 ensures the effective management, coordination, and quality assurance of the Tinkerverse project throughout its three-year duration.

The work package supports collaboration between all project partners and ensures that project activities are delivered on time, within scope, and according to Erasmus+ requirements.

WP2: Best practices identification and learning framework development

WP2 focuses on building a strong foundation for the Tinkerverse project. Partners work together to explore current practices, research, and experiences related to Maker Education across Europe.

The work package helps identify successful approaches, challenges, and opportunities for using Maker Education to support foundational skills, digital competence, inclusion, and creativity.

What do we do?

  • Collect and analyse good practices from different countries
  • Explore existing Maker Education approaches and methodologies
  • Identify successful learning activities and learning environments

WP3: Design and implementation of student learning activities (maker pilots)

WP3 focuses on designing and developing learning activities that bring Maker Education into practice.

Building on the findings from WP2, partners create engaging learning scenarios that combine creativity, technology, problem-solving, and foundational skills. The activities are designed for different age groups and educational contexts.

  • Design innovative Maker-based learning activities
  • Develop learning scenarios and educational resources
  • Integrate technology, creativity, and hands-on learning

WP4: Teacher and educator training (micro-credentials)

WP4 focuses on testing and validating the learning activities developed in the project.

Schools, teachers, learners, and educational organisations implement the activities in real learning environments. The experiences and feedback collected during this phase are used to improve and validate the project results.

The work package transforms the project’s knowledge, experiences, and validated activities into training programmes, practical tools, and open educational resources that can be used across Europe.

The work package ensures that project outcomes reach teachers, schools, policymakers, researchers, educational organisations, and other stakeholders who can benefit from the project.

WP6 also supports the long-term sustainability of Tinkerverse by helping partners continue using and sharing the project’s results beyond the funding period.
